The NEW WAY to create, retain and share business critical
information
In the new economy, priorities for companies looking to automate
workflow and content management is to solve business problems, not
managing and implementing software. Most traditional Document
Management solutions often fall short in their promise to deliver a
unified and single platform to manage enterprise content in a
cost-effective way. Basically, what companies expect are content
ready applications focusing on specific departments and business
needs. We will demonstrate how ISIWIS can help in your day to day
challenges to create, retain and share business critical
information.
Speaker : Mark Williams, CEO Isiwis

Mark is the CEO of ISIWIS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eurofid
group company. Mark was responsible for RR Donnelley’s Financial
Services Group in EMEA and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining ISIWIS,
he was Group Senior Vice President and Managing Director of RR
Donnelley, based in London England.
Mark led the international expansion of the financial printing,
outsourcing, translation and virtual data room businesses of RR
Donnelley. Specialising in the creation of Superior Service
delivery platforms for the financial services sector Mark created,
through acquisition and market share growth the leading financial
printing company in Hong Kong and was responsible for turning RR
Donnelley into the number one provider of financial printing and
translations to the Capital Market’s sector in Europe.
An e-Document certification authority to support your
dematerialization projects
Since 2007 Clearstream Services and AdValvas Europe offer a Private
Cloud service for dematerialization, where as an e-document
authority we provide archiving, certification and trustworthy
exchange services to businesses. AdValvas Europes is an innovating
company focusing on the dematerialization process, where we commit
to delivere e-invoicing and e-archiving solutions which reduce the
complexity and liberate our customers from worries around the
technological, legal, and integration aspects.
Dematerializing documents implies that you first secure the long
life storage of the documents. A solid electronic archiving
infrastructure is key. Unifying documents, whatever the source or
format on a single consolidated archive is equally important if you
want to stay on top of the process. AdValvas with Clearstream act
as a trusted third-party for storing your digital archive and in
addition provide certification and trustworthy document exchange
services.
As paper invoice reception or delivery will need to be supported
into foreseeing years, a hybrid solution unifying both document
types into a single flow offers a lot of advantages. All documents
are available in a same workflow and searchable in a consolidated
archive. This allows for a step by step approach with a smooth
transition from paper to full electronic.
Speakers : Michel Gilis, CEO AdValvas Europe

With a 15 year track record, Michel is an e-invoice veteran, who
combines deep functional knowledge with technical mastership.
Michel has seen the e-document landscape evolve from EDI-based
thick bills used by a handful of users, to a smart, web-savvy SaaS
concept for a variety of business documents, adopted by companies
both large and small. An alumni of the economics faculty of Antwerp
University, Michel has combined his business process management
skills with technology throughout his career, delivering value-add
to international businesses operating in many different
sectors.
