Customer Centric Offering & Pricing is a strategic weapon for
acquiring new customers and, as importantly, retaining existing
ones. As such, effective and innovative products offerings and
pricing strategies are crucial for banks to achieve organic growth.
In the current economic downturn, banks need more than ever
technologies to effectively manage their product offerings and
pricing policies. IBM solution is based on two main marketing
trends : (1) to build a dynamic offer which takes into account the
evolutions of the banking services consumption by the customers in
their contents and (2) to reposition the pricing like an essential

After 3 years working for a consumer credit company as IT project
manager in technical domains like workflows and EAI, Olivier joined
IBM as a Core Banking Consultant where he assisted financial
institutions to integrate retail & mass affluent banking
applications. Currently Olivier advises a leading French banking
group where he is in charge of the functional design of a product
and offer catalog solution developed in a multichannel
international context for the largest retail & mass affluent
subsidiaries of the Group.
